Anna arrived a couple weeks before her due date, on October 14th, weighing in at 6#7oz and 19 1/2 inches long. She is just adorable. I was fortunate enough to get some time off work and go back to Michigan last week to help with this new little angel.
Like most newborns, she currently has her days and nights confused. So most of the help I gave consisted of staying up with Anna into the wee hours of the morning, so her worn out parents could get the rest that they needed. She is a voracious little eater and Carrie is nursing her, supplementing some feedings with formula. Anna doesn’t care….she just wants to eat almost constantly! She has very long fingers, beautiful big eyes and is perfect in every way. She has a good set of lungs and lets you know what she wants and when she wants it.
I am back in Idaho now, dependent on pictures in order to watch her grow, and we all know how quickly little ones do that. I’ll catch up on my sleep now!
