After the bike repair, we’ve started to get all those other little things done. Last night I got the wood stove fired up for the first time, and again this morning. It burns well and provides a lot of heat - it should do us well this fall / winter.
Marty has been unpacking like crazy and is busy making the home a real home. I fixed the lawn mower that hasn’t run for years - not that we have much grass to grow.
We’ve put up some mirrors and pictures - that makes a real difference.
Today we get to woodstain the futon and make it more presentable.
Then later a bar-b-q with the local small group from church where maybe we will meet some new people.
Instead of adding an addition to the house right away we are considering a pole barn next to the garage and getting some quotes together.

Sounds like you guys are getting things together in the new house. Looking good, from what I can see anyways! ;0) How’s John taking to the whole moving experience? Tell John we love him, oh yeah, you guys to! More later.
Looks like you guys are unpacking quickly. I hope you three realize how much you are missed. Tom and I (and kids) all miss you guys. We look forward to seeing more pictures. We love you and tell John I will miss him in Benson Buddy’s.
